ChotSa’s farmhouse, Jaisalmer

Was a dream project of the owner, Late Shri Laxmi Narayan Sharma, for whom this farmhouse was home. The farmhouse has been designed and created for the discerning few who would rejoice a rustic farm life. It is the ultimate destination to relax and rejuvenate. The essence of this hideaway is perfectly captured in its surroundings which is clear blue skies and rolling fields that are dotted with organic vegetables and fruit that can be seen from its wide verandahs and terraces on three sides of the house. While you are here, you can spend your time bird watching, walking through the fields or relaxing in the huge gazebo where you can enjoy your morning tea and party at night. The farmhouse has a well-appointed kitchen manned by friendly and efficient staff. ​While it costs extra, a bonfire and live Langa singers are a must do. A story book experience in these rustic surroundings will surely ensure memories for a life time.​

Facilities

The farmhouse includes three air-conditioned, well-equipped bedrooms with attached bathrooms, one living room, one dining-room, a kitchen with pantry and a powder room. Desert flora & fauna are part of its manicured garden, a large gazebo and extras like, power backup and free Wi-Fi are a few basics that are available at the farmhouse. ​A safety deposit box, bed & bath linen, hairdryer, electric kettle and built-in wardrobes are some essentials that are part of the amenities.​ Our chargeable services include dining-in and ironing facilities.

The exhilarating adventure sports, fascinating safaris, and camping are only a few of the many things to do in Jaisalmer.There is a variety of things that can be done in and around the vicinity of Jaisalmer; for the religious a visit to the legendary Tanot Mata temple and Baba Ramdev temple is a must. For the patriotic the Jaisalmer war museum would be interesting. The adventurous can visit the sand dunes of Sam, enjoy the Thar desert safari and explore the abandoned town of Kuldhara. The airport is 35 kms from the farmhouse.
